    A collaborative training experience for emerging clinicians building sustainable careers in mental health.

    The Cultivate Residency Program is designed for graduate-level counseling and social work interns seeking meaningful clinical training within a supportive and collaborative environment. Residents receive hands-on experience providing therapy while developing foundational clinical skills, professional identity, ethical decision-making, and confidence as future therapists. Through mentorship, supervision, and community, residents are supported in laying the groundwork for a sustainable and impactful career in mental health.

  • For Recent Graduates & Newly Licensed Clinicians

    An early-career therapist development program focused on clinical growth, mentorship, and sustainable private practice.

    The Cultivate Graduate Fellowship supports therapists during one of the most important transitions in their professional journey—from graduate to confident clinician. Fellows receive ongoing mentorship, case consultation, professional development opportunities, and education on building a sustainable and values-aligned career. In addition to strengthening clinical skills, fellows gain practical insight into private practice operations, business fundamentals, marketing, and long-term career planning within a supportive community of peers and mentors.
